Their order forms are located at the bottom of this page.  To order provisioning just print out and fill in the order forms you need and fax back to us (+61 7 4772 4775) or ask us for the email version when you book.  Send them to us within two weeks of your charter and we will have it all delivered fresh and stored on the boat ready for your arrival.

Since 1988  Neville White at The Butcher on Bundock has served Townsville and North Queensland with the Finest Quality Meats, Sausages and Small-goods.

Neville started butchering in 1968 in the small town of Bothwell, Tasmania and learnt his trade working in his Father's shop. There he learnt his meat cutting and sausage making skills before moving to the capital city of Hobart in 1974 to open his first butcher shop.

The Seafood On Boundary is one of Townsville's newest and most exciting seafood outlets specialising in 90% locally caught seafood.  Not too many business's can boast that fact these days, especially in the Australian seafood industry.

The proud owners are John and Sharon Arthur and both have been involved in the field for 30 years.   They have well established backgrounds, with Sharon lending her expertise to all things fishing and John dealing with the wholesale side of the business. 

Together with all this industry knowledge they decided to open "Seafood On Boundary" in 2004 and the shop has gone from strength to strength ever since.  Whether it's a freshly cooked ‘Muddie' or some Red Spot King Prawns, the Seafood On Boundary are committed to bringing their customers the freshest and the best.  Business trading is 7 DAYS from 9am


ESSENTIALLY FRESH 

Essentially Fresh is locally owned and operated by Christine & Michael Burges.  The business is aptly named as they supply only the freshest of products, including a wide range of locally grown fruit and vegetables.  Seeing a gap in the local market, Christine and Michael decided to take the plunge and open Townsville's most extensive Gourmet Deli; offering a wide selection of cheeses, small goods, antipasto lines plus ready to go, home made products such as quiches, lasagna, frittatas, pizzas etc.

Their comprehensive shop also offers essential gourmet lines such as condiments and preserves, fresh coffee and tea blends, herbs and spices, delicious sorbet, yogurts and other assorted dairy lines.  For the sweet tooth, a wide range of Belgian chocolates, decadent biscuits and cakes are in abundance for your eating pleasure.  Essentially Fresh even bake their own fresh loaves of bread each morning to complement their wide selection of goodies.
