PROVISIONING WITH COLES ONLINE

To help with your all your provisioning needs we have partnered with Coles Online, which will enable you to place your order online and have it delivered directly to the marina prior to your departure. Please follow the below instructions when placing your order.

OPTION 1:    I ALREADY HAVE A COLES ONLINE ACCOUNT

If you already have a Coles Online account, you can use it to place your order. You will need to log in and go the My Account tab and add a new delivery address. Can you please use the following address:

Please ensure you choose a delivery time that coincides with your arrival details - i.e. that you will have arrived at the marina before your shopping is due to arrive.  If this is not possible please let us know so we can look out for your delivery.  Please note, if you would like us or if we need to take your shopping to your vessel and pack it away (cold items etc.) prior to your arrival, then there will be a $50 service charge. 

Once you have finished shopping please forward the confirmation email from Coles Online to us so we can note the details of your delivery. Our email address is: info@tropicsail.com.au 

OPTION 2:    I DO NOT HAVE A COLES ONLINE ACCOUNT

To help get you started, Tropic Sail has set up an account with Coles Online.

First logon to www.colesonline.com.au and enter Tropic Sails username and password.  These details will be provided once you have booked your charter. 

Once successfully logged in you can start adding items into your shopping trolley.

To save time, we have set up some shopping lists under the My Orders and Lists Tab. Just click on the desired list and add the items you need to your trolley. A running total will be provided and you can add or remove items from your trolley at any time.

These lists are only a suggestion and you can add personally to your trolley at any time. You can do this by clicking on the Browse Isles tab and search in the different categories such as Fresh Food, Dairy and Grocery. You can also use the Find a Product function located in the top right hand corner of the webpage or Express Shop where you type in your shopping list and the site helps you locate all your listed items. 

To select your preferred time of deliver, go to the Delivery Details box on the right hand side and click on the Reserve Time button.  Select a delivery time by clicking on the most appropriate time and date option for your arrival and then the reserve button. Please ensure you choose a delivery time that coincides with your arrival details - i.e. that you will have arrived at the marina before your shopping is due to arrive.  If this is not possible please let us know so we can look out for your delivery.  Please note, if you would like us or if we need to take your shopping to your vessel and pack it away (e.g. cold items etc), there will be a $50 service charge.  Can you also please forward your confirmation email from Coles Online to us so we can note the details of your delivery. Once you have selected all the products you need and have reserved a delivery date and time, go to the Checkout to complete your order.  Once you reach the payment and confirmation page, please ensure that you provide your name and booking details in the delivery instructions box provided. The last step is to proceed with the order and enter your credit card details for payment. Coles has a Customer Care team which can assist you with your order. If there are items that you cannot find at Coles online, or you would like to still order particular supplies such as Meat, Fruit & Vege, Seafood and Gourmet Lines through our speciality suppliers to ensure top taste and quality, then please fill in the appropriate sections on the Tropic Sail E-Provisioning form.  Make sure you email this list back to us no later than 2 weeks prior to charter commencement and we will have these items packed away on board your boat prior to your arrival.
